3 words are not enough! Discipline, learning, passion (but also a lot of fun!)
During our first semester, we had to develop a meal for all students and faculty. Together with my team we decided to create a real homecoming! Blue cotton candy, strawberry tagada, carambars, homemade cordon bleu, vitelotte mashed potatoes and also a jelly of mashed carrots!
The experience that will remain for me the most outstanding because we had to learn how to create a menu, control our costs and work as a team despite the different characters of each one and our various experiences and the smile on everyone’s lips (and beautiful blue tongues because of the cotton candy)! But above all a nice burnt béchamel that we had to redo at the last minute….
What a blow of stress because we were timed! A great success because we were scored and won first place!
