Discover the restaurant’s menu made of recipes made with local products

Since 2016, our cheffe Mariela Lascano and his team have been offering you a homemade cuisine made with Geneva recipes. Every morning, fresh produce is selected from the stalls of local producers and traders.

We work the products according to the seasons and avoid those of importation, thus guaranteeing an optimal quality.

The Catering

Rewarded by a 13/20 by the guide Gault & Millau 2020,the restaurant l’Auberge in Chambesy, the menus are created with imagination and taking into account the seasons, transforming nostalgic flavours into something entirely new.

We use high quality ingredients, from local suppliers (GRTA) in whom we have confidence and prepared with unique cooking methods.

L’Auberge “signé by EHG,” is a gourmet restaurant in chambesy where you can enjoy our large, calm and green terrace for lunch and dinner.

The Auberge de Chambésy restaurant is one of the application restaurants of the Hotel Management School of Geneva where you will be served by the students of the Ecole Hôtelière supervised by professionals.
