The restaurant l’Auberge is starting this new year with their new winter menu, to the delight of the gourmands. True to its values, this new menu offers a simple and authentic cuisine, inspired by the best recipes from the Geneva region.

Rewarded by a 12/20 by the guide Gault & Millau 2019, the Auberge restaurant in Chambesy is ideally located 3 minutes from the Palais des Nations, 5 minutes from Lake Geneva and the beach of Pregny Chambesy, 5 minutes from international organizations, 15 minutes from Geneva city centre and 5 minutes from the airport.

It is one of the application restaurants of the Hotel Management School Geneva, it is here that chef Adrien Imesch has created generous and tasty dishes, which will mark the season to make you discover or rediscover the taste of our regions.

  • Lamb mouse 12h with Geneva red wine, creamy polenta and seasonal vegetables
  • Beer candied pork belly, creamy polenta and seasonal vegetables
  • Perch fillets with butter, match apples and green salad

To satisfy all palates, the Auberge’s restaurant offer two essential menus:

  • The GRTA dish, a delicious fricassee of poultry with lake crayfish, crushed potatoes.
  • Label dish homemade by chef Adrien Imesch, beef tartar, toast, chips and green salad.

A risotto with Mont d’Or vacherin or a mille-feuille of foie gras with pears and port and brioche toast.

Very popular with gastronomes, they appreciate its menu which changes regularly, and above all a service to the little care by the students of the School whose motto “Excellence in the service of a profession” is verified every day!

At the Auberge restaurant, the cuisine is creative, sharp and delicate.

Light bases, texture games, updated sauces, multiplication of techniques, subtlety in chords, our chef’s creations are gourmet, tasty and colourful.

    • Open from 7pm to 10pm Tuesday to Saturday. (Last order taken at 9pm)
  • Afternoon:
    • Possibility to have a snack or a pastry
