A very tasty “hunting” season with the launch of the new menu of the restaurant L’Auberge!

The restaurant L’Auberge starts this new season with a new hunting menu for the delight of gourmets. Faithful to its values, L’Auberge offers, with this new menu, a simple, authentic and tasty cuisine.

L’Auberge’s à la carte menu features great dishes from a GaultMillau award-winning restaurant!

Awarded a 13/20 by the Gault & Millau 2020 guide, the restaurant L’Auberge à Chambésy is ideally located 3 minutes from the Palais des Nations, 5 minutes from Lake Geneva and the Pregny-Chambésy beach, 5 minutes from the international organisations, 15 minutes from Geneva city centre and 5 minutes from the airport.

It is one of the application restaurants of the Ecole Hôtelière Genève, where chef Mariela Lascano prepares generous and tasty dishes inspired by seasonal products.

Seasonal dishes of the chef Mariela Lascano

  • Deer stew, spätzli and hunting garnishes
  • Fillet of beef from the Molard butcher’s shop, red wine sauce with melting potatoes and braised red cabbage
  • Wild boar chop, Läckerli sauce, chestnut fettucini and Brussels sprouts with bacon

To satisfy every palate, the restaurant L’Auberge maintains two à la carte must-sees :

  • The GRTA dish, fillet of Jura trout snacked, Surôte sauce (beer with elderflower), melting potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
  • The home-made Label platter of chef Mariela Lascano, beef tartar, toast, Chips and green salad.
