A winter season full of flavours with the launch of the new menu of the restaurant l’Auberge

Restaurant L’Auberge kicks off the holiday season with its new winter menu, to the delight of the gourmands. True to its values, this new menu offers a simple and authentic cuisine, inspired by the best recipes from the Geneva region.

Rewarded with a 12/20 by the Gault & Millau 2019 guide, the restaurant L’Auberge in Chambésy is ideally located 3 minutes from the Palais des Nations, 5 minutes from Lake Geneva and the beach of Pregny Chambésy, 5 minutes from international organizations, 15 minutes from downtown Geneva and 5 minutes from the airport.

It is one of the application restaurants of the Hotel Management School Geneva, it is here that chef Mariela Lascano has created generous and tasty dishes that will once again mark this season to help you discover or rediscover the taste of our regions..

  • Scallops breaded with squash seeds and squash risotto
    Risotto with truffle and champagne
    Duck breast, honey sauce, dolphin apples and cardoon gratin

To satisfy all palates, the Auberge’s restaurant offer two essential menus:

  • The GRTA dish, beef fillet from the Molard butcher’s shop, truffle sauce, dolphins apples and cardoon gratin
  • The Label dish is homemade by chef Mariela Lascano, beef tartare cut with a knife, seasoned in the French style, toast, match apples and green salad.

  • Lunch:
    • Open from 12h00 to 14h00 from Tuesday to Sunday. (Last order taken at 1:45 pm)
  • Dinner :
    • Open from 7pm to 10pm Tuesday to Saturday. (Last order taken at 9pm)
  • Afternoon:
    • Possibility to have a snack or a pastry
