FOLLOW THE GENERAL COURSE

This means following a dense programme of courses adapted to the realities that our students will face during their professional career.

Our courses lead to a three-year degree over a condensed period of 2.5 years, which includes two paid internships in the hotel industry.

Our students benefit from highly targeted teaching in the hotel industry, where the course content meets the rigorous requirements of the hotel industry.

Whether you choose to study hotel and resort management or international event management, you will gain the experience necessary to enter one of these dynamic industries with the knowledge and skills to excel.

You will acquire all the key skills to manage a hotel, from front office to operational departments, from marketing strategy to catering.

Those who choose event management will know how to plan, budget and execute a complex event while understanding the importance of meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy of detail.

Graduates complement their degree with a business qualification and have the opportunity to choose from a range of careers in a multitude of sectors.

Gain a general overview of operational techniques and management in catering and hospitality. Master and optimise your image.

This module combines general knowledge, operational management and exploration of the complex worlds of catering and hospitality.

All theoretical knowledge acquired (regulation, menu planning, equipment and materials, knowledge of food and beverage association, service and sales techniques, reception, reservations, housekeeping, etc.) is then tested in a concrete way at the restaurant Vieux-Bois, the school’s gourmet restaurant, and at the Ramada Encore Geneva located in Geneva city, which is the only hotel residence in Switzerland managed by a Hotel Management School.

As your image is your main communication tool, we will ensure you participate in Image Workshops (Dress, hairstyle, make-up, ironing, polish, tie, etc.) run by professionals.

A paid internship in Food & Beverage, Catering or Room division departement, to test your skills in real-life situations.

Acquire knowledge for management and planning hospitality and catering activities, supporting business and mastering its development.

This module deals with all administrative matters, theoretical subjects (accounting, Swiss law, political economy), operation and control techniques of hotel reception and catering, through to organising visits, conferences and events, as well as general culture and languages (English and German). 

A paid internship to test your skills in real-life situations.

Developing a global vision and techniques to ensure the economic, commercial and social success of a company.

You will learn how to use management instruments properly and their applications in catering and hospitality.

Human resources management, marketing, communications, financial management, technical management… the course orientation is clearly managerial.

You will have to write a degree project on a concrete case of hospitality or catering and defend it in front of experts.
