The training team consists of 8 professionals. The structure of the Le Trinquet application restaurant can supervise a team of 25 job seekers. Each candidate is trained in a specific trade for a period of 2 months maximum.

In addition to the qualifying training provided at restaurantLe Trinquet, trainees can enrich their training in the other “Signé EHG” restaurant: Restaurant Vieux-Bois at the Ecole Hôtelière de Genève.
