LFP MÉDIA

Since 2025, the École Hôtelière de Genève has been working with LFP MEDIA, the commercial subsidiary of the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP), on an ambitious project: the creation of the Label Hospitalité.

The aim of this label is to objectively assess the quality of the hospitality experience in McDonald’s League 1 and BKT League 2 stadiums, based on a set of concrete criteria: welcome, service, facilities, catering, comfort, accessibility, sustainability and so on.

 

In a world where every detail counts, the Label will help clubs optimize the experience of their VIP guests – where welcome, service and emotion must be combined with excellence.

 

The EHG contributes to the construction of this reference framework through its pedagogical expertise, its field-based approach, its academic neutrality and the mobilization of its students, engaged in a mission of diagnosis and analysis at the heart of the challenges of event hospitality.

 

This partnership reinforces EHG’s position as a key player in innovation in the hospitality industry, while contributing to a positive transformation in the world of sport.
