The Fred Feldpausch Foundation promotes the training and further education of people who need support to become qualified professionals, as well as innovation and progress in all areas of gastronomy, hospitality, bakery and confectionery in the Basel region, but also in the rest of Switzerland.
Particular attention is paid to gifted and highly talented young people who wish to contribute to innovation, progress or preservation in these sectors by supporting related activities.
