One campus, three paths to success

Diplomas, specializations and certificates: a range of courses to suit every ambition.

Higher education

The ES diploma awarded by the EHG is recognized by the Swiss Confederation and internationally. In Geneva, it also confers the “patente” (authorization to operate a hotel or catering establishment) and the title
of apprentice master.

Post-diploma courses

Participants earn a recognized Swiss federal diploma (accreditation pending), enabling them to specialize in one of three strategic areas of expertise: Creative Event Conception & Organization, Hotel Management or Luxury Hospitality & Product Management.

Specialized Certificates

The certificates issued by the École Hôtelière de Genève offer an exclusive
opportunity to rapidly enhance your skills, within an academic framework of excellence recognized in Switzerland and internationally.

Affiliated with AGEP and CRODES, the École Hôtelière de Genève strengthens its academic credentials.

The École Hôtelière de Genève is a member of the Association Genevoise des Écoles Privées (AGEP) and the Conférence Romande des Écoles Supérieures (CRODES).
These affiliations testify to our commitment to high standards of quality, professionalism and outreach in the field of hotel training.

mobility Erasmus+

EHG plans to actively participate in Erasmus+ mobility projects for students and staff under Key Action 1

Student mobility will focus primarily on international traineeships aligned with curricular learning outcomes, learning languages and learning how to live and work in a different culture. These internships are organised through formal tripartite agreements with hotels/restaurant, ensuring clarity of objectives, working conditions, supervision standards, and academic progress.

Traineeships are a compulsory part of the programs, and international mobility projects are implemented through the internship office in coordination with academic leadership.  Students will go on three internships during their program, either in March or in September. The internship can be in Europe or outside Europe and will in general last for 6 months.

The student will have to apply through our platform “EHG talents” to the internship they favour, and a contract will be signed. In 2025 38 % of all students had one internship abroad, and a large number of these were supported by Movetia.

Incoming Student Welcome

We are willing to welcome incoming students to join our Ecole Superieure programme for a 12 months learning experience (6 month theory courses on campus and 6 months internship in Swizerland). Incoming students will join year two. Conditions to be verified.

Staff mobility for training

Staff mobility for training. This will support pedagogical development, learning from best practice, innovation transfer, and the strengthening of international academic and professional networks. All mobility actions are coordinated by the academic department to guarantee transparency, preparation, monitoring, and evaluation. Erasmus participation is integrated into EHG’s broader internationalisation strategy and supports both institutional development and student employability. The first project is English learning for faculty in Malta, taking place two weeks in April and in May, and three weeks in October and November 2026.

Welcome of Incoming Faculty

We are willing to welcome incoming faculty to join our Ecole Superieure programme and deliver courses  in their area of expertise or observe EHG teaching practices. Conditions to be verified.

Key Action 2 (KA2) - Cooperation among organisations and institutions

As a vocational institution, we value strong connections with the industry. We have developed a set of B2B projects with both local and international partners. These projects include real life projects, industry consulty, tailor made education and innovation and best practices observance.
