Submitting your application
This is the first step in the application process. Candidates meeting the required entry criteria will be directly admitted and contacted by the admissions team for the next steps. For those seeking admission on the basis of their professional experience, the application file should include documents such as their CV, copies of diplomas, letters of recommendation, and any other relevant information.
ASD questionnaire transmission
This stage only concerns candidates with professional experience who wish to use this as an equivalence. Once the application has been received, these candidates are usually sent an ASD (Admission sur dossier) questionnaire, designed to gather additional information on their profile and motivations.
Interview with the student center
The interview is only required of professionals who wish to use their experience as an equivalent to the EPD-ES program requirements. The purpose of this interview is to assess the relevance of their experience and qualifications to the program's expectations, while giving them the opportunity to present their background and motivations in person.
Interview with the Academic Director
Students who meet the standard entry requirements simply submit their application with copies of their required documents. The admissions department will then examine the file and communicate a decision, or request an interview if clarification is required.
For ASD candidates who wish to use their work experience as an equivalence to the entry requirements, it is imperative to complete all stages of the ASD process. The purpose of this interview is to assess motivation and the specific skills needed to succeed in the EPD-ES program, such as analytical skills, critical thinking, or other relevant skills depending on the field of study.
Once the assessment is complete, the jury will issue a recommendation concerning admission or refusal. This recommendation will then be forwarded to the EHG administration, which will make the final decision after consultation and consideration of all the elements, and will then inform the candidate of its decision.
Jury's opinion
Following the interview, a panel of three members from the management or student department examines the candidate's file and decides on his or her application. The jury takes into account all elements of the assessment, including the interview, and the information provided in the application file.
