An anecdote about you, which happened at the Hotel Management School…

The idea of being able to “pull out” a menu in one morning for about sixty people frightened me daily.
And at first, nothing was reassuring, especially when I observed my classmates in the kitchen.

But it was without relying on their help and sharing of experiences that I was able to acquire speed and dexterity in carrying out my cooking tasks. Even though the sharp knives sometimes left a few marks, I still remember them fondly.

And it is thanks to this group cohesion which came about naturally. Finally, the most important thing for our guests: the timing was always respected!
