Hello Enzo,
Today we have the privilege of talking to Enzo De Amorim,EHG graduate and alumni 2022.

Bonjour Enzo, pouvez-vous vous présenter brièvement ?

I’m Enzo De Amorim, a graduate of the École Hôtelière de Genève (EHG), with a background in hospitality and management. I’ve been lucky enough to gain solid experience in the luxury sector, notably with Lamborghini Genève, where I currently work as Marketing & CRM Manager.

Avant d'intégrer l'École Hôtelière de Genève (EHG), vous avez obtenu un baccalauréat en sciences et technologies de l'hôtellerie et de la restauration. Quels éléments ont influencé votre choix de poursuivre des études dans ce domaine ?

My passion for hospitality and service has always guided me. I chose to study hospitality because it combines my interest in human contact, management and service excellence. A bachelor’s degree in hotel management was an obvious way for me to develop my skills in this field.

Pourquoi avez-vous choisi de continuer votre parcours à l'École Hôtelière de Genève (EHG) ?

EHG enjoys an excellent reputation in the hotel industry. I chose this school for its balanced practical and academic approach, as well as for the professional opportunities it offers. What’s more, the city of Geneva is an international center for the luxury hotel industry, which has enabled me to make valuable contacts for my career.

Qu'est-ce qui, selon vous, distingue l’EHG des autres écoles hôtelières ?

EHG stands out for its personalized approach and emphasis on hands-on experience. Small classes and direct access to teachers mean that students are closely supervised, while compulsory internships provide hands-on experience in industry.

Si vous deviez résumer votre expérience à l’EHG en trois mots, lesquels choisiriez-vous et pourquoi ?

Rich, instructive and inspiring. These three words reflect the diversity of my experiences at EHG, the quality of the teaching, and the professional opportunities that have resulted.

Quel a été l’évènement ou le moment le plus marquant pour vous dans vos études ?

The most memorable moment was my internship at Lamborghini Geneva. It was an incredible opportunity to work for a world-renowned luxury company, and it had a profound influence on my career direction.

Votre parcours professionnel a débuté avec des stages en restauration à Carcassonne, en passant par le Servette FC pour finir en tant que stagiaire administratif et assistant marketing pour Lamborghini Genève. Pourriez-vous décrire votre parcours de manière approfondie, en mettant en lumière les impacts significatifs de ces expériences sur votre développement professionnel ?

My career path began with an internship in the restaurant business in Carcassonne, where I learned the importance of rigor and organization. My time at Servette FC gave me an understanding of sports event management and the importance of teamwork. Finally, at Lamborghini Genève, I was able to combine my marketing and management skills in a luxury environment, which was decisive for my current career.

Quelles motivations ou ambitions ont guidé ces choix de stages et comment ont-ils contribué à votre progression dans votre carrière ?

My internships were chosen with the aim of acquiring a global vision of the industry, from service to management to marketing. Each experience has given me complementary skills that have shaped my professional profile.

Vous êtes actuellement en poste en tant que Marketing & CRM manager chez Lamborghini Genève, pouvez-vous nous en dire plus en quoi consiste votre position, qu’est-ce qui vous plait dans ce que vous faites ?

As Marketing & CRM Manager, I’m responsible for managing marketing campaigns, analyzing customer data and building customer loyalty. What I enjoy most is being able to combine creativity and strategy with direct contact with a demanding clientele.
