Housekeeper, you are the guardian of the comfort of the customers

Dust on a piece of furniture, a burnt-out bulb…, nothing escapes your expert eye as a hotel housekeeper.

As a perfectly organized conductor, you divide tasks, taking into account arrivals and departures, you plan schedules and staff. You then control the work to ensure that everything is perfect for the client.

By respecting the budget balance, you also manage the stocks of equipment and linen in service, the supply of hygiene and maintenance products, and you report the work to be done in the rooms.

As a housekeeper, you are the preferred contact person for customers in case of special requests, you can also be responsible for training and recruiting floor staff.
