As part of this partnership, students in the first semester of the ES diploma in hotel and restaurant management benefit from practical immersion within the establishment, enabling them to apply the knowledge they have acquired at school in the areas of housekeeping and reception.

Supervised by the Crowne Plaza Geneva teams and supported by the École Hôtelière de Genève, students work in a demanding international hotel environment, in contact with the industry’s professional standards and the operational realities of a hotel serving local and international clientele.

This field experience is a key element in the EHG’s educational program. It enables students to develop the technical, organizational and relational skills essential to the hospitality professions, while reinforcing their sense of service, their professional attitude and their ability to adapt.
