RESTAURANT VIEUX-BOIS, THE FIRST ECOCOOK® LEVEL 3 CERTIFIED RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD

IT WAS DURING A PRESS CONFERENCE AT THE ECOLE HÔTELIÈRE DE GENÈVE THAT OLIVIA GERBER, BIOLIA FOUNDER AND ECOCOOK® CEO, ANNOUNCED THAT THE VIEUX-BOIS RESTAURANT WOULD BE THE FIRST IN THE WORLD TO BE CERTIFIED ECOCOOK® LEVEL 3.

The Restaurant Vieux-­Bois of the Ecole Hôtelière de Genève passed the tests of the Ecocook certification programme and is the first establishment in the world to be confirmed at level 3!
This restaurant distinction is comparable to the Michelin Stars in terms of excellence and sustainability..
